The leading provider of procurement and contract management services to the NHS, Lifecycle Management Group, has acquired LTS Health, the leading adviser on laboratory management.
LTS Health is a leading advisor on laboratory transformation and management, helping laboratories increase revenue, reduce cost and improve turnaround time.
Announcing the acquisition, Peter Mullin, CEO of Lifecycle Management Group, explained “We’re thrilled to have made such an important acquisition. LTS Health is the leading authority on laboratory transformation and management and we look forward to working together to add management of large laboratory contracts to the services we deliver to the NHS”.

Lifecycle has acquired the business as a going concern, including the assets and goodwill. From today, LTS will be trading as Lifecycle Management Group.
