25 years of delivering value for the NHS

Since 1994, the NHS has benefitted from our expertise, insight and technology to deliver savings, real control and improved supplier performance.

How value leaks away

Value can leak away at every stage of the buying cycle – from conception and procurement to contracting and delivery. Our four-step process ensures value is preserved, delivering CIP, lowest whole-life costs and improved supplier performance.

Where Value is Lost

Stopping value from leaking away

Staff apart, contracts and equipment are two of the largest spend areas for NHS trusts. We can reduce these substantially by focusing on providing value over the long term rather than just Day One costs – delivering CIP, improving supplier performance and cutting whole-life costs. In short, by using Contract Lifecycle and Equipment Lifecycle we help you get more for less from your contracts and equipment.

A proven approach

Our approach combines expertise, insight and state of the art technology (including our online platform, Optimise) to deliver best value today and tomorrow.

OPTIMiSe drives everything

We have more than 6,000 contracts under active management for the NHS. And managing every aspect of the contract – procurements, renewals, costs and supplier performance – so that nothing falls through the cracks is an enormous challenge. We couldn’t do it without our proprietary technology platform, OPTIMiSe, that drives activity and puts everything you need to know right at your fingertips.

On Frameworks? Yes.

It’s easy to acquire our services via compliant public-sector frameworks. From procurement and contract management to systems and equipment lifecycle management, we’re on a number of frameworks, including a sole supplier framework for Contract and Asset Management.

Business people shaking hands

They are not the kind of nameless, faceless consultants who make surface level recommendations and then leave before the real work begins. They know their stuff and can make intelligent conceptual leaps – they have more than the obvious in their repertoire. If there are savings to be had and you engage properly as a client, they will tough it out with you and deliver them.
