Leaseguard Group, leading supplier of procurement and contract management services to the NHS for more than 25 years, has rebranded to Lifecycle following a restructuring of the company.
“We’ve helped NHS Trusts drive down equipment and services costs for more than 25 years. Over that time, we’ve expanded the services we offer to include every aspect of whole-life equipment spend — from better planning and costing, though smarter procurement and financing, to more effective management of contracts and suppliers. It’s high time we had a name that reflected what we do today” explained Peter Mullin, Managing Director of Lifecycle Management Group.
The rebranding follows a restructuring of the business, including a new board and new investment designed to meet the changing needs of the NHS.
Commenting on the restructuring, Peter Mullin said “We’re thrilled to welcome new members of the board to advise us on the changing needs of the NHS and to enable us to grow. In particular, I’d like to welcome Sir David Nicholson, former Chief Executive of NHS England. He brings an unparalleled understanding of the NHS and we hope his advice and guidance will help make the next 25 years as successful as the last”.
In addition to Sir David Nicholson, Keith Bristow (former Director-General of the National Crime Agency) and James England – both of GPE Capital Partners – will advise the board on growth and the wider public sector.
According to James England “GPE Capital Partners are excited to be investing in the company at this exciting stage of their development. They have a proven track record of delivering savings for the NHS and we look forward to helping them grow – both in the NHS and in the wider public-sector”.
